MEETING NOTICE: Friday, October 13, 2017 at 7:30 PM

The young men and women selected and sponsored by our post and Auxiliary, for the American Legion Boys’ State & Girls State Programs, attended a week of simulated government operations. There they learned how to campaign for various government offices. When elected they learn the function of the offices and get a better understanding of our democratic process. We are proud of all of our delegates and hope that our membership will continue to support this worthy program. We are planning a special meeting on October 27 with our delegates and we urge you to attend. At this time the delegates will relate their experiences at this event and you will have a chance to ask questions.

Louis Keller. A member for 40 years, passed away August 21, 2017. Our deepest sympathy to his family and friends.

John Holman is now in “LLanfair House Care & Rehabilitation Center”, 1140 Black Oak Ridge Rd., Wayne.
